If you submit your order and find a problem with your address, you will need to contact us immediately. We can change your address for free if your order has NOT shipped and if a shipping label hasn't been created. Please call us at (770) 727-1809 or contact us by email to inform us immediately of any address changes.
Address Changes after Shipment:

If you receive the shipping confirmation email, your package has shipped. We cannot change your address any longer. There are NO exceptions – when you receive the shipping confirmation email, your package has left the warehouse.
Accurate Phone Number:
Domestic orders require an active telephone number to be entered, which will allow us to quickly contact you if order verification or additional information is required.
Any orders placed without an active, domestic phone number may be canceled without notification.
Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via the email address provided, so that you can track the status of your shipment on USPS website. Please email us to let us know at: firstname.lastname@example.org (please provide the order number as well), if you have not received your tracking information.
Please be advised that some orders may take one or two business days to process prior to shipment. Your domestic order will still ship ground, and you will be advised of the tracking number at shipment.
Any orders placed by 3PM Tuesday - Saturday Central Standard Time will be shipped through USPS the next day. Please keep in mind, we are closed on Sunday-Monday.
However, The KAYA Kollection cannot control the status of your shipment after it leaves our shipping department. USPS may incur delays due to weather issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
